Well, TBH, it was my friend who told me how he had read up on lucid dreaming online and was able to control some of his dreams. And I really wanted to have a sex dream with Channing Tatum! LoL ๐ So I was willing to spend $30 for a sleep mask that helps induce "lucid dreaming", although my friend said that you can train your brain to do it by itself without the mask... So the sleep mask dimly flashes every 20 minutes while you sleep so you can see the flashes (with your eyes closed) and realize that you're in that middle state where you're not awake and not asleep, and continue to be cognizant while your brain begins to dream.
