Oh girl, I have an answer!
Get a woman's wet/dry electric razor. I personally use this one. what I love about these is I can put a towel down on my bed, then dry shave with my body supported by my bed, not my iffy legs. You don't get as close a shave as with a proper razor, but I find if I've deforested before my shower, the razor shave is much quicker and less stressy. You can use it in shower too. Now my reason for not shaving my legs is because I'm old and I don't give a fuck, rather than because the fibro made it impossible to do.
I also think the 'have your man shave them for you' idea is smart.
You can wax your face. it'll leave red marks for a couple hours after so maybe do it at night?
I don't know how fast your hair grows but it'll probably give you a couple days to a week without any regrowth.
They're slightly more painful don't work as well but epilators are useful as well (they basically use rotating tweezers to pluck your hair out). Needless to say it hurts like a bitch but like they're cheap and do work
