I have these and these. The Chelsea Crews run just a smidge too small; they are comfy and fine without socks, but with socks the toe is a tiny bit snug because it is just a bit pointier. The Restricted pair is wonderful and comfy. I do wear an insole in both, but I do that in almost all of my shoes. I love wearing them to dress down dresses and skirts, and with cuffed skinny jeans. I actually prefer them to ballet flats for versatility and comfort.

My advice for online shoe shopping: read reviews. If the site you are shopping at doesn't have reviews, put the name of the shoe you are looking at into google, see if they are available at amazon or somewhere else. I won't buy shoes online if I can't find reviews, unless I am super familiar with the brand already.
