There are only a few places to find 26s right now, unfortunately.

You can custom order from Ewa Michalak in Poland. Their custom made bras are not returnable/exchangeable and they will charge a custom order fee (20PLN, I think). Some EM bras are said to run very tight but there also seems to be a lot of inconsistency in their sizing. From what I've seen, it is not uncommon to wear a size larger in EM padded styles than you would in their unpadded styles.

You can also custom order from Comexim in Poland...I don't think they have extra fees for custom orders but custom bras are not returnable. You can also buy Comexim bras from Wellfitting (either at Wellfitting.com or on Amazon)...the prices are higher than ordering directly from Comexim but shipping is free and they stock the 26 bands (and take returns!).

Made in Preston in the UK do 26 bands up to J cup but I have not heard great things about their bras.

There's a new company starting up called Edwards and Millers that is going to be doing 26 bands and large cups (up to UK L or M, I think) but I'm not sure when their bras will be available. Bosom Galore will also be doing 26 bands but I think they will only go up to GG or so.

Other than that, the best options are to try altering a band down (or having a tailor do it for you), sewing along the elastic of a 28 band to limit the amount it can stretch, or using a Rixie Clip to tighten the band a bit.
