I like Dominica and Royall brands. Dominica is much more affordable. I've never used Ogallala but have heard really good things about it as well.
There's a ridiculously long bay rum thread on Straight Razor Place. Comments on just about every bay rum out there if you have the time to read. Most of the brands are addressed in the first few posts.
If you've never smelled/used bay rum then go small to start or see if you can find somewhere local that carries the scent, just to see if you like it. Always hard to commit to buying something online not knowing if you'll like it or not.
