They will tear eventually, but they come in a 3-pack and were cheap enough to be worth me and my coworkers rebuying them multiple times! For the price they hold up much better than I expected.
When you put them on, submerge your arms in the water almost to the top of the gloves to seal them to your arms and keep the water out! It also helps if you buy a size that isnβt too big for you. I have tiny hands and the smalls worked well for me! You can also find way heavier duty/even longer gloves on Amazon.
Eucerin lotion (or its generic version) is my holy grail, I keep some in the office at my store
