They also sell this at places like the vitamin shoppe. (GNC to my knowledge doesn't carry it). So the day of your test you wake up drink the drink. Fill the container up with water and drink it again. Drink as much water as possible and piss atleast 5 times before you pee. This drink will work for about 6-7 hours. After drinking the first half gallon of water take a couple multivitamins and vitamin B 12 to add color to your urine. If you do not have any coloration, chances are the test will come back inconclusive and you will have to piss again.

Option 3: All natural: Depending on how much you smoke a day this can be rough. It can last in your system for up to 45 days.
