If possible go for the newest 2017 series which is orange.
64GB MB-MP64GA/AM
128GB MB-MP128GA/AM
256GB MB-MP256GA/AM
In Europe the 2017 series is called "Evo Plus" (not Evo+) and is red:
64GB MB-MC64GA/EU
128GB MB-MC128GA/EU
256GB MB-MC256GA/EU
Because the new Evo (Plus) 2017 versions are so fast (maxes out UHS-I), there is no Pro series anymore (except for 32/64GB).
Yes, look for microSD with the U3 rating instead for better load times. This is the cheapest 128GB Samsung one with U3 that I've seen. With microSD, stick with the popular brands (Samsung, Sandisk) and reputable sellers, because there's a lot of fake microSD cards out there that don't actually meet advertised speed ratings.
Edit: AndroidPolice recently put out a great article regarding buying microSD cards and their speed ratings.
This is the specific card.

same thing for /r/raspberry_pi computers... buy a class 10 sd card.
This would work.
How do you provide power to it? Do you just run a USB and slam it in the door or is it self powered? If you're looking into a dashcam I gotta recommend the A119. Relatively cheap nowadays and records 60FPS video with a plum. Most people suggest a high endurance card to go with it, but when I got my A119 my local microcenter didn't have one so I ended up using a 64GB Samsung Evo and it's been fucking perfect. If you have any questions head on over to /r/dashcam or you can just ask me.
any reason why? i just used the 32gb and dropped in https://www.amazon.com/Samsung-MicroSD-Adapter-MB-MP64GA-AM/dp/B06XX2GL1L/ref=sr_1_2?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1522950261&sr=1-2&keywords=samsung+evo+64gb+micro+sd
and it looks like they have a 128gb for under 50 i think
Sorry, I'll fix that in the post, but my point still stands.
