That works out to $960 and Amazon has them for $847.

And for $970 you can get an S10+.

S10. If you can afford it, get a plus. Right now Amazon has some pretty great prices on international versions:

S10+

S10

The only issues with the international versions is that they only support at&t and TMobile networks (so dependent things like cricket work) but you can save a good chunk of money that way, or get a chunk more performance.

Also, between those two phones you've got up there, the iPhone 8 a terrible option. Apple may still support it a little longer, but getting a current gen phone will balance that out mostly, not to mention that the S10 is just a superior phone.

Even 4 Year ago going ba the Mhz wasn't good.

Honestly tell me which sites you looking at, because all the ones I just looked at list the Bands (if they bother to list any information about LTE bands at all) like Amazon, B&H Video, or BestBuy.

And the Manufacturers? Nah, Samsung, Apple, Google, Sony.

The providers? AT&T does not give straight answers cause they are dicks and want to sell you a phone themselves they claim is compatible. But others like for example T-Mobile (look they even list that 1700/2100 MHz can be two different bands).

EDIT: On 3G or 2G you can go by the Mhz, because there are no overlapping Bands or bands in the same Frequency range, but with LTE you can't.
