The 580 8GB Nitro+ will also be available for $430: https://www.amazon.ca/Sapphire-11265-01-20G-Radeon-backplate-Graphics/dp/B071QX74F9/

Is that a good price?

u/kn00tcn · 9 pointsr/bapcsalescanada

so like... is TD still running a stable business? the bankruptcy thing was usa only? did you know newegg's toronto warehouse took over tigerdirect's when they moved to markham from mississauga (happened to be near amazon)?

at $300, TD also has the msi armor & msi single fan that nobody wants http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/search.asp?cat=28&mnf=&catDesc=Video+Cards+%26+Devices&keywords=580+8gb&lowprice=0&highprice=0&sort=1&recs=10

game bundle shouldnt be included, beats a 15% ebay sale anyway & ebay wont have code either, i never looked up how much people sell their codes for

Mike's Grand opening online sale event starts tomorrow night. Upon reviwing the deals, many people agreed that the RX 580 Nitro+ seems to be one of the better ones.

I am curretnly working on my first build, and it's coming together well but still have the more expensive parts coming up. I will be going with an RX 580/GeForce 1060. The Nitro+ seems to have one of the best performances overall, and also does well with temperatures and noise.

Now the question is, according to the link above, it will be on sale for $330 at the sale event tomorrow night. Am I missing something? Why is everyone saying it's such a great deal? The products is, but is the deal really that good? It is curretnly for $350 at [Mike's shop itself] (https://www.mikescomputershop.com/product/8382159) and [Amazon] (https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B071QX74F9/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_1?smid=A3DWYIK6Y9EEQB&psc=1).

If anything, the Pulse seems to be a better deal money and discount wise. What's the big promotion here besides $20 off? Is it a must buy for someone in my position, or is it a passable deal and I could gamble on something better in the next few weeks over those $20 off?

u/Teresss · 2 pointsr/hackintosh

The first link you post is Pulse - it will work great. But I personaly upgraded to RX 580 NITRO+ 8GB - it's much bigger card, bigger cooling, more heatpipes, better VRM and higher clock. And it's only little more expensive - this model exactly https://amzn.to/2OBabMT - connected 3 displays, working OOB. DaVinci Resolve loves it.

u/Blueshock21 · 2 pointsr/PlanetCoaster

RX580 is a good option for a Graphic Card that can handle Planet Coaster very well, even with a lot of stuff out on high. Use the 8gb version.

The best quality one is actually on sale too.

u/SSLYK · 2 pointsr/bapcsalescanada

Does anybody think it will go lower than this? Or should I just pick it up now. This is the exact card I’ve been waiting for.

Edit: It’s also $315 on Amazon right now.
They also mention the 2 free games promo which I didn’t see on the eBay site.

u/ZorglubDK · 2 pointsr/Amd

Was looking at nitro+ ones like OP mentioned he got, didn't realise that was the price for used ones on amazon - new ones are $240 it seems.

Although, you can get an 8GB XFX rx580 for only $190.
So 580s for 200 or less, is quite possible currently.

u/Anduu1 · 1 pointr/buildapc

Save a couple bucks on the 580...way better card than the Gigabyte imho

u/ihatemaps · 1 pointr/Amd

You're right, I just realize it is actually an RX 580. Where do you see it for sale with a game bundle?

u/ButterNuttz · 1 pointr/pcmasterrace

I am in Canada, so prices may be different on my end.

The one you linked is going for 279.99, which is similar price as another one being recommended : https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B071QX74F9

do you have a recommendation between the 2?

u/morales52904 · 1 pointr/buildapc

I'm confused as hell so can someone tell me whether I can use 144 hz using this monitor and this GPU. I'm currently building a pc with these and I hadn't thought about compatibility between these.

u/BEAT_LA · 1 pointr/Ravencoin

I have this exact RX580 8gb nitro+ from Sapphire and I can only average around 4.5. I saw BBT get 6.2 and you are saying you average at 6.8?????

I went into radeon settings and set it to compute mode and that brought my 3.5 up to the 4.5 I have now, but that's still garbage compared to the >6 that I hear people are getting with these cards. How exactly are you pulling the >6? Which sgminer are you using (I hear there are two forks floating around)? What does your bat look like? Here's mine:

set GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR=0
set GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS=1
set GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT=100
set GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT=100

@echo on

sgminer -k x16r -o stratum+tcp://ravenminer.com:3636 -u <address> -p x --gpu-platform 1 -I 22

My post keeps getting AutoMod'ed and I'm not sure why, so I'll post the short version here.

PCPartPicker Part List

First time building a PC. I'd love it if you could look over my parts and see if I'm overlooking anything.

Purpose: I'm going to start my Masters in Engineering next year and I wanted to beef up my computer. While gaming is appreciated, I'm looking for something powerful first and gaming second, which is why my GPU is likely to be my bottleneck.

CPU: I plan to overclock the Ryzen 5 2600. I also wanted a water cooler mostly for the flex so that might be slightly mismatched. ¯\(ツ)

GPU: Question, which would be better, a $200 ($180 w/ Google Express) XFX AMD Radeon RX 590 Fatboy OC+ or a $210 Sapphire AMD Radeon Nitro+ RX 580. I have heard very great things about the Sapphire Nitro RX 580 but I'm not sure if the RX 590 deal from today is a better one.

u/nickyboombox · 1 pointr/buildapc

you can for sure get a much better GPU for equal or less$, here's one off top of my head amazon comes with 2 free games too, if your into them

u/HurryBurryy · 1 pointr/buildapc

Oh and also, are you talking about this card?:

Sapphire 11265-01-20G Radeon Nitro+ RX 580 8GB GDDR5 Dual HDMI / DVI-D / Dual DP with Backplate (UEFI) PCI-E Graphics Card https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B071QX74F9/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_Frg6CbMA6BDRH

I don't mind spending 30$+ to get the nitro+ if it is a good card and doesn't have down sides like the msi one

u/rochford77 · 1 pointr/buildapc

Get this.

(also to /u/not12listen)

Are there any objections to this 590, in comparison to the aforementioned 580?

If not, I'd rather eat the $60 if it makes the rig run a little longer.

Still wondering about the 580 listing a 480 as a coprocessor... Amazon does not do a good job of listing specs.

u/NomadicShaman · 1 pointr/buildapc

Thanks for the replies bros. Another question I need to ask :)

What are the differences between theeset sapphire nitro+ rx 580s? One of it's memory speed 1750 MHz and the other's one is 8400 MHz. Isn't it a huge difference? And what are your thoughts for two of them?

Amazon (PRIME) has it for $349.99 as well

How good is this card? I've been looking to get a 1060 6GB OC, but this looks as good or better for roughly the same cost?

u/SharpObjectz · 1 pointr/WorldofTanks

Keep in mind a lot of top players play the game with minimal graphics settings, so having all the ultra settings won't make you better. Maybe that isn't why you want a better build but something to keep in mind ;)

If you are looking for a performance GPU without the EVGA price, check out the AMD GPU's by Sapphire. The RX 580 is equivalent to a 1060... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071QX74F9

New rx 580 nitro +: $250

New ps4 pro: $400

If I'm not missing anything, which I may be, you might want to reconsider your trade valuations.

8gb but it’s not in stock on amazon. Sapphire 11265-01-20G Radeon Nitro+ RX 580 8GB GDDR5 Dual HDMI / DVI-D / Dual DP with Backplate (UEFI) PCI-E Graphics Card https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071QX74F9/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_lneBCbNT6SH1H

Ah alright. What about the GPU? I managed to find this 1070Ti for only $40 more than this RX 580

u/VortexZeR0 · 1 pointr/buildapc

Any good deals on a nice white case under 65$? Also, can anyone find this in stock somewhere for the 290 it was selling for?

u/webdev77 · 1 pointr/buildapc

Amazon has it in stock.
