Just order it on amazon, you can order it now. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07WC7683C/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1
Sapphire has one out and XFX have one coming out soon, not sure when it hits retail.
Thanks everyone. Ordering this one now

Yes.
Be sure to NOT get a 'oem' blower style cooler. Either of the ones below would be ideal.

Thanks, I suspected there was a lot of demand but not to this point. I found the card I want in amazon but the price is too high. I'm using the honey extension as recommended by linus tech tips to get a notification when the price drops, I hope it works as advertised.

Just place an order now, might get it sooner than later. Worst case you find it elsewhere and cancel. https://www.amazon.com/Sapphire-Radeon-Triple-Backplate-Graphics/dp/B07WC7683C/ref=mp_s_a_1_6?keywords=5700+xt&qid=1566261723&s=gateway&sprefix=5700&sr=8-6
Sapphire Pulse 5700xt is on amazonnm, out of stock.
That's the one I ordered (not from Amazon because I don't live in the US):
https://www.amazon.com/Sapphire-Radeon-Triple-Backplate-Graphics/dp/B07WC7683C
It's up on Amazon right now, says "not in stock" but you can order it.
Yes there is. Although the price on this specific link is $40 over its normal price. It generally goes for $410... but it’s in VERY high demand right now. Here is the link.
Also, here is the red devil. Also out of stock...
The 5700XT XFX Thicc is also another option. Although, I haven’t seen it for sale yet.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07WC7683C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_yHQyDbKCEJZMH $420
And all the vII I could find where either mad overpriced or used because the card is EoL
Only available at the moment, more versions should be become available. Below the Pulse.
Right around $370 is the RX 5700. Should handle 1440p gaming with high frames for current titles and short-term future titles. Might have to settle on some medium graphics settings here and there. Don't think you can get 144fps for all of those titles within a $400 price range.

If you can handle just over $400 either the RX 5700xt or RTX 2060 would give you better performance and help "future-proof" your build with a bit more certainty.

You can also order the Pulse on Amazon but they listed it as temporarily out of stock as soon as they put it up and they added $10 to the MSRP for no apparent reason

I think some more AIBs are supposed to release on Thursday
I found this Sapphire Radeon Pulse RX 5700 XT on Amazon. I was about to purchase but it says "usually ships within 1 to 2 months."
I am holding off now, but does anybody have any experience with Amazon when it says this? I don't want to pay now and then wait 1 to 2 months.
The only reason I went to amazon was it is sold out on Newegg.

The Sapphire Pulse is known to have good temps while being a lot quieter then the stock cooler that AMD gave it
Individual pages on Amazon say they do!
E: Actually varies card-by-card... this does while this doesn't.
Seems to be limited to reference models
This is probably more monitor than this system needs. Do you need an IPS monitor?
What about a FreeSync VA panel like the AOC Agon AG273QCX. It seems to come in and out of stock, but is usually $299. Then you could go with a 5700 xt like the the Sapphire Pulse or Nitro+ which would be a step up from the 2060 Super but only cost a little bit more.
If you cut back on the monitor a little, you could move up a notch on the quality of the memory, storage, and power supply.
I recommend the Sapphire Pulse or the Nitro+ version of the 5700xt. Sapphire makes the best AMD GPUs so. Here's the link to the Pulse version: https://www.amazon.com/Sapphire-Radeon-Triple-Backplate-Graphics/dp/B07WC7683C

Edit: replied to the wrong comment :\^)
Ok so that 2070 is waaaay overpriced seeing that i would think the same thing because the 2070 super is around that price range and better. As well as that 2070 not being new.
This is the one I would recommend for the 2070

Pulse is finally on amazon - prices will come down once Amazon and Sapphire starts selling em as well - been waiting for this
I found this https://www.amazon.com/Sapphire-Radeon-Triple-Backplate-Graphics/dp/B07WC7683C was this what you were referring to?
Aftermarket models are cards made by board partners that use the same chipset. Overall, these cards usually have additional features on them like better cooling, overclocking and being quieter.
For example:
Sapphire Pulse 5700XT
Reference 5700XT from Sapphire
The one that has one fan and looks like a block is the reference card.
Would there be a big difference between this: Sapphire Radeon Pulse RX 5700 Xt 8GB GDDR6 HDMI/ Triple DP OC w/ Backplate (UEFI) PCIe 4.0 Graphics Card https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07WC7683C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_X4KJDb7BXBVEK
Sapphire is good but with "blower" style coolers (like that one) brand doesn't matter at all.
For a 5700xt, people usually say to avoid blowers. There have been some bad experiences.
Sapphire sells custom coolers, likethis which is what people are referring to. ....
Might consider an AMD 5700 XT at that price point, unless you specifically want Ray Tracing capability. Looks pretty good though. I own the 3600X, VERY happy with it!
419+tax (~448 total), for some reason the listing is $10 above Sapphire’s MSRP: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07WC7683C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_IVNwDbEWAZC3Z
I recommend the 5700 navi gpu. It should get you some decent performance and you will get even more once you decide to upgrade your cpu and mobo. Flat out price to performance an AIB radeon 5700 is 300 bucks and would be perfect. or you could get the 5700 xt because im seeing that alot of the 5700 cards are like 460 and for like 50 more bucks you can get the xt version that will get you some more performance. unless you want to go with the blower style cards.https://www.amazon.com/Sapphire-Radeon-Triple-Backplate-Graphics/dp/B07WC7683C/ref=sr_1_24?keywords=5700&qid=1566002113&s=gateway&sr=8-24

It says "Temporarily out of stock". I'm assuming they'll be available for purchase soon. GamersNexus did a review of this specific model, looks like it's a pretty good one. The price is also close to MSRP (a bit higher)
https://www.amazon.com/Sapphire-Radeon-Triple-Backplate-Graphics/dp/B07WC7683C/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=sapphire+rx+5700+xt+pulse&qid=1566066521&s=gateway&sr=8-1 They do say it ships to Canada.....from Amazon.com i dunno see if you can order it.

You could change 1000$ build to this one. You can also change mobo to other one.

That's prob the best upgrade for you. Get a new monitor l8r
Looks like a decent build. I have a few suggestions though.
when you say sapphire are you talking about this one or about this one. Because i am also on the verge of ordering the first one but i am not sure if that is part of the reference models or not.
Hard to find one in stock right now as they are new. For example.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07WC7683C/?tag=pcpapi-20
Nope, this one. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Sapphire-Radeon-Triple-Backplate-Graphics/dp/B07WC7683C/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?keywords=pulse+5700+xt&qid=1566756381&s=gateway&sprefix=pulse+5700&sr=8-1
I didn't say Pulse, I should've specified.
This is the best option for you https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07WC7683C
Unfortunately, it's out of stock at the moment...
You should be okay on the CPU for another year or two
https://www.amazon.com/Sapphire-Radeon-Triple-Backplate-Graphics/dp/B07WC7683C
It is out of stock on Amazon though. So you need to look elsewhere. But trust me - you don't want that shitbox of and reference design

I never said they were 100% stable, but they are way better than other AMD releases (that's why I pointed the vega lineup. I had a Vega 56 for about 2 weeks and I returned it, because not only I realized that I spent way more than i should on a gpu on that level, but the drivers were buggy as hell, ended up getting a gtx 980 instead). GN pointed that out, but they also said they have no problems in recommending the Sapphire Pulse version of the card, in other words, they have no problems in reommending a rx 5700xt. Yes, it's not stable, but it shouldn't be a problem a first time builder will notice. Amazon actually has the Sapphire Pulse listed, but with the same shipping time as the Gigabyte version:

https://www.amazon.com/Sapphire-Radeon-Triple-Backplate-Graphics/dp/B07WC7683C

The reason they did this is because they don't have it on stock right now, since they are still being shipped to onlie retailers, as Newegg also has it listed:

https://www.newegg.com/sapphire-radeon-rx-5700-xt-100416p8gl/p/N82E16814202349

It's unreasonable to believe it will take 1-3 months for the card to be shipped. At worst, it will take a couple of weeks. I don't see why it's irresponsible to recommend a .9 version (and that's stretching too far, it's not stable, but it isn't that bad), it's overall a better product when you compare price/performance of a 2070 super. Better get something a little unstable right now and save some buck then getting something "stable" (the 2070 super is not 100% stable as well) and later regretting the purchase when Nvidia releases the next generation of cards
I think you made a big mistake but that happens when you are impatient i guess.
