Sorry to tell you, but that card is far too old to support DX11. Well, if you are used to play with that gpu you can find a good replacement that will do the job for something like 40€ (see this for reference). Anyway I suggest you buy something better, even if that might mean you'd have to spend at least 3-4 times as much, but it would be totally worth it.
You can just buy a piece of shit 30 dollar GPU for the host. It's what I did, I have a 1800x coming.

Yeah just throw a cheap $40 HD 6450 in there and you'll be fine. You don't need anything more than that on an HTPC unless you're trying to push 4K
