Don't get a 1050 for the same price you can get a RX 570 which kicks the 1050's ass.

The rx570 is a definite jump in performance and I think it's worth the extra 30$, since it trades blows with the 1060 3gb while still having an extra gig of VRAM. And I believe you still get 2 free games with the 570.

If you're on a super strict budget you could also opt for the mining variant of the 570 which is currently 100$ from Amazon. It does have a shorter warranty and only 1 DVI-D output, but if you're okay with that, then it's a solid buy. Got one of the sapphire mining card for my little brother for xmas and it's been working perfectly.

Edit: link
I'm running on a 970 with an i7 4th gen and I'm getting pretty stable 60. Try plonking this into your computer if you have the money to upgrade, as I've had the game run well on that on another PC.
Also of note, PUBG is more badly optimized on CPU than GPU. I don't know why you'd get stuttering in this game but not in PUBG, the latter stutters for me but this game does not, and I'm running it on pretty high settings.
If you are in the US, then the 4gb version is 100 on Amazon.
$78, found by sorting by new, the description seemed genuine though. Edit - they sent me an amazon link from where they bought it https://www.amazon.com/Sapphire-Radeon-GDDR5-DVI-D-Graphics/dp/B07MCDNQX2/ref=sr_1_22?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1548570898&sr=1-22&keywords=rx+570
That's what I would recommend. GTX 1060 6GB should be sufficient in 1080p60hz most settings maxed for the next couple years.
Actually you could go even lower and buy the Sapphire RX 570 on Amazon for $100 new. Only one DVI output though.
Outside of Deus Ex, which has low FPS on everything for no apparent reason, a live benchmark shows even the RX 570 tends to drive games on high settings above 60hz no problem.
Here is my 450$ Build I recommend

Sorry, I was thinking of DVI-I, which I thought the card has--but it's DVI-D
PS; I'd just get this if poor. https://www.amazon.com/Sapphire-Radeon-GDDR5-DVI-D-Graphics/dp/B07MCDNQX2/ref=mp_s_a_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1550146255&sr=8-4&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_FMwebp_QL65&keywords=Radeon+RX+570&dpPl=1&dpID=31o9IjfXAZL&ref=plSrch

theres a $99 rx 570 though.
RX 470 or 570 for sure in either the 4gb or 8gb configuration. This is dirt cheap and sold by [amazon] (https://www.amazon.com/Sapphire-Radeon-GDDR5-DVI-D-Graphics/dp/B07MCDNQX2/ref=sr_1_3?m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1549039807&sr=1-3&keywords=rx+570&refinements=p_6%3AATVPDKIKX0DER).
Also the 8gb version
Unless you don't have an extra power connector. Then you would have to go with a 1050ti that has no power connectors
