Amit S. Katz spoke about it. It comes in oil, vitamin, and tea forms (I think that's all.) It's a universal health supplement for skin, bones, heart health, and optimal digestion. The big thing with it was the omega-7 fatty acids. Basically, it makes you a food digesting and nutrient absorbing super human!

And the great thing about chiropractors is that they focus more on healing the body with natural methods and incorporate much much more than just cracking your neck. Physical and digestive health are key. My family chiropractor can tell me what nutrients I'm missing in my diet by my body alignment and gives great healthy food tips.
I would suggest finding a chiropractor that either follows a paleo diet or is very familiar with it.
