Yea the Sidewinders are out of stock, but you want to swap those anyway. The Chargers are like $3 more I think.
You can always look at cheaper completes from other retailers like this or this. Bear in mind, those are both significantly smaller than the original board with lower quality bearings and trucks, as well as smaller wheels so it will be a less comfortable commuter.
There are definitely cheaper options out there, but as they always say, you get what you pay for.
