I love my Instant Pot. It's also a life saver in a small kitchen because it does so much stuff. I use mine as a vegetable steamer, but it's a little tricky because you need to make sure you take stuff out really fast.
This fits in an Instant Pot for steaming, if anyone cares:

Yes it contains Phytoestrogens, i didn't document my hormone level though so i don't know if it's affecting my test/estrogen level.
No gyno or manboobs so far. In asia, soy is considered as healthy food. It's advertised to combat breast cancer, healthy skin, etc. They even sell phytoestrogens as vitamins.
At first i start making the smoothies with black bean + soy milk powder. Then blackbean + soybean. Now, only soybean because the protein content is higher and cheaper too.
Just soak the soybean at least 6 hour -> rinse it -> then i steam them in pressure cooker using tools similar to this. I think you could boil the soybean and get similar result.
>Anywayd, can you actually cook 1 week ahead? (My freezer is pretty small, will a refrigerator work?
Yes it will not spoiled, i store them in the refrigerator, not freezer. 1-2 weeks should be okay, i sprinkle mine with a little bit of salt for iodine and help to prevent bad bacteria to grow (maybe).
