1- The Sprint is an awesome bike, has a plenty of power, around 120 hp I think. Too much? As long as you're aware of the power behind the flick of your wrist, then no.
2- Older cruisers that were popular are usually easy to find parts for because there are many broken down ones that people part out and many good running ones that you could still buy for yourself. I just sold my 85 CB650 and I had no issues finding parts for it on ebay.
3- never used any bluetooth comms but if I had to recommend one I would go with a Sena:
low profile cheaper: http://www.amazon.com/Sena-SMH5D-01-Low-Profile-Motorcycle-Bluetooth/dp/B0071HE2SQ
nicer, more expensive: http://www.amazon.com/Sena-20S-01D-Motorcycle-Bluetooth-Communication/dp/B00KJGPMZI
Holy Cow!
