Not sure a Nest will work with a window AC. I think you'd need something like this:

You could use one of the devices in the links below to control your air conditioner with IR remote via your google home.......but having the nest tell google home to tell the ir controller to turn on your window a/c?.....that I do not know, and I dont think anyone will know untill the transition from nest to google has completes and we know what functions are avalible

I also have applied heat blocking window film on my east and west facing windows that cook in the sun all day.
