Don't share your gripes with typical iem cables, so I'm sorry to say that I don't know any off hand. I do however know that plenty of people make them and googling them should lead to lots of results. Plus, if you're just looking for a cable similar to the se215's, you can purchase those cables on amazon here.
The Shure SE215 has detachable cables and can be found for ninety dollars on Amazon. Replacement cables are typically around twenty-seven dollars each, but there are other options as little as seventeen dollars each.
The best replacement would probably be the original cable, if you liked it. https://www.amazon.com/Shure-EAC64CL-Detachable-Earphone-Earphones/dp/B0046HADYQ?th=1&psc=1
Sure, but i still haven't tried them nor decided on which one though lol .

And yeah, I keep hearing about how campfire stuff is magical haha, but I've also read that most of their <$1000 iems have recessed mids which makes me stay away considering how much they cost :( . Might go for the t2 or t3 if that's the case, since i don't like how the mids are kinda overpowered by the bass in the se215 . How would you compare them to the se215?
And I've always thought that the Tin iems had to be worn over the ear lol, great to hear that it worked for you (: .
The microphone and controls really limit you, but off the top of my head the Klipsch Image S4i, Meelectronics A151p/A161p match your criteria although I'd rather not recommend that Klipsch it'll suit your music best. If you're willing to up your budget then the Shure SE215 + cable or even the Klipsch x4i after burn-in.
