Not inexpensive, but I started wearing these at work. They do an excellent job of keeping my ears safe and I never have to look for plugs or muff, I never have to decide if I stop and get my PPE. 37db reduction. For me, not that I have mild tinnitus things have changed. My ears need to be protected, no exceptions.

Shure SE215 BT1
Jaybird X3
Admittedly, I have the Jaybird Bluebuds X, not the X3 - we're at 4 years now, and they still sound great and last 4 hours on a charge. The left ear always fell out... until I got Comply tips. Now they're perfect.
That said, I have very small ear canals, so Shure headphones are ALWAYS more comfortable for me than others, like the Jaybird, that have a large-ish nozzle. My SE215s are wired, but I've heard great things about the bluetooth model... and am about to purchase it myself.
They sell them with the wireless cable now. I bought a new cable for mine though. I think they are MUCH MUCH better with the wireless cable, since it 1) can't get hung up on anything, and 2) has less noise from the cable bumping around.
I have the wired version of the Shure se215, and I love them. I also regret not getting the wireless kind because they look super nice. I'm considering buying the Bluetooth wire but they are a bit pricey.
They are going to tell you to go to the headphone sub, but get the shure se215 wireless.
