Sign into Amazon account.
Add to cart.
Send to device. (Assuming you are signed into your Amazon account on your device) you should be able to pick which device you want it sent to.
Settings on Amazon fire -> account-> sync Amazon content.
Wait a minute. Sling will disappear from managed applications. Launch sling from main menu.
