It's a basic version of one of these lint shaver things to get lint and fuzz off your clothes.
The image isn't showing. It says it's set to private.There it goes!I used Shine for an Anouk dress, no pilling or shedding even after several washes. I would definitely call Knit Picks and tell them about it. While it's too late for them to fix it, you might be able to get a refund/credit?
You can try using conditioner, I've never done it but supposedly that helps. Washing it cold/gentle cycle will also help. Obviously gentle hand washing would be better. Also, they sell those electric "de-pillers" that can be used for the worst of it.
