You can really score on craigslist. I got a dell 42u with all panels, 3 selves, 2 drawers, some random mac thing, a couple more selves, patch panel, 1 large power strip, and 1 smaller 12 port power strip for the discounted price for $40. The guy had thrown out the APC UPS because he thought no one would want that a day before I got there.
