I would definitely go powder to save money. This is the best deal I've came across so far. That should last you a while.

psyllium husk powder. 1 spoonful in water before a meal makes a roll of TP last a month. only downside is your poo is so smooth and efficient you don't get a free 15 minutes at work to play on your phone.

I just order this fiber supplement. It's pure psyllium, unlike Metamucil which is full of sugar (including the sugar-free version).

For vitamins, I take a Centrum and I don't even take it every day. I eat 95% my carbs from plant sources, so I mostly get what I need and the vitamin pill's only there to make up the difference, not be the main source.

I have been taking a combo vitamin-D/calcium pill. There's not much sun these days and I don't eat that much dairy, so I think it's important to supplement these.

Fish oil's pretty good too, but it's expensive. I prefer to spend the money on fresh fish, personally.

I have this kind, it's dirt cheap (19 bucks for 272 servings) and works like a charm.

Thanks for the info! I didn't even look at my URL which I probably should have. Looks like I could have cut of the ref= part to avoid any confusion: http://www.amazon.com/Source-Naturals-Psyllium-Powder-Ounce/dp/B001G7R734/

If I cut anymore off, it bombs which is interesting to me. Didn't mean to sound like such an advertisement. It's just that I used to buy Metamucil but never liked all the extra stuff they added. It's only recently that I learned about the psyllium powder itself. :-)

That sounds like a pretty good deal, how what's the quantity of psyllium/cap?

Best things/deals I found online: (but i don't know if these are good brands/if that even matters)
