I'm a big fan of these Spice Clips: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00SP4TT7S/

This way you can keep your spices on the pantry door and clear up space for other things. They come in 2 sizes so check which one you need (or you can order the combo pack).

Then - baskets to collect similar things. Make sure to label them so everyone knows what to put where - and this also helps you know when you run out of something and should buy more.

You could probably move more things into those clear bins with the red covers (I think I have the same ones - they are stackable), just be sure to label them so you know what's what. Line up the cereal boxes, and maybe dedicate one shelf for appliances.

I like to separate baking ingredients from cooking ingredients, it makes it easier to find things. And stuff you use most often should probably be located at eye level so they are easy to find.

Good luck! Don't forget - you don't have to get it 100% right the first time. Let your system evolve as you see what you like and what works for you.
