Fifteen bucks for mine. Survived flying off the hood of my car and skidding down the street. And it also holds my DL, bank card, and car insurance.
I purchased one of these Spigen cases for my phone. Has a little compartment that holds a credit card or cash. Handy when its your round to buy the coffee.

It fits two cards but you may be able to cut out part of the inner layer in this hybrid case to make room for a third. The edges are the important part.
Slapping a cheap screen protector or skin on that area of the back of the phone would help prevent scratching from the cards if you care about that sort of thing.
Check if your insurance company has an app with a virtual insurance card. Then you can leave the physical one in your car and cover the majority of cases where you would need one without always carrying it.
