I was having the same problem as you. After lasik I woke up every morning feeling as if my eyes were being shredded by razor blades. This is not good for your corneas. My optometrist recommended that I take a flaxseed oil supplement. It helps. After two weeks of taking the flaxseed oil I noticed an incredible change.
