Honestly it's not as hard as you might think. Even my PC setup with a standing desk has 1 cable. Just a few dollars on amazon and about 15 minutes of time and here are both setups: https://imgur.com/a/HnUZotv

Here's two things I use that really helped mine out
Cable raceway and one of these
I just ordered this power strip from Amazon. The reason I picked it up is because it spaces the sockets far enough apart to plug the large power bricks in. There were a few other similar options, but this was appeared to be the best value. If you go another route, just make sure it has a breaker switch.
Now, I would be very wary of cheaping-out when it comes to electricity. I considered picking up the short extension cables first, but they seemed like they were going to be very cheap and I would have been nervous about plugging all my consoles into them.
So my thinking was, for less than $10 more, I could get a much higher quality product from a prominent North American tool manufacturer, and it would be properly/officially certified.
Couple that with a 4ft power strip fixed under the desk and you are set.
Edit: spelling
I bought one if these and I love it. All the outlets are really spaced apart so you can plug anything in side by side. I also use a regular Ikea Powe bar for the little plugs so I'm not wasting real estate.

Two Alex drawers, two back to back Eket cabinets in the middle, and two of these table tops.

Two of these mounted underneath.

I wanted to share a couple pictures of the desk set up and also some of the accessories I purchased. My expirience with Fully was great. I got the Jarvis3 with Walnut veneer in a72x60 size. The frame was delivered about 3 days later and the desk top about a week after purchase. The quality is everything I expected! This thing is heavy and stable at all heights. I love this desk!

Accessories
I decided to get the keyboard tray and accessories from Amazon. The keyboard tray is probably going back because it is difficult to move back and forth.

Yeah, sorry, I bought mine at a local small hardware store so I don't remember the brand. It looks almost exactly like this Stanley model though.
I have a power strip like this mounted to the back of the table top which I find very useful, but our needs may vary.
The power strip? I just screwed it in with some .75in screws. The one I got has mounting holes.
Dude 100% recommended this: https://smile.amazon.com/Stanley-31610-SurgeMax-Outlet-Protector/dp/B0036DEC48/ref=pd_nav_hcs_bia_t_1?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=RS0QX4EM7E47BD5GNFJM
just mount it under your desk and BOOM, no power cable problems!!
About to finish my first ever build. After seeing this post I just ordered one of these

Not too expensive and it seems to fit OP’s criteria. So sorry for your situation OP.
