ColecoVisions often have weak RF signals. Mine didn't work well with any of my old RF switcher boxes.

I bought a cheap RF adapter off of Amazon and it works great. https://www.amazon.com/StarTech-RCACOAXMF-Type-Coaxial-Adapter/dp/B003K1V99C/ref=sr_1_2?keywords=Startech+RCACOAXMF+Rca+to+F+Type+Coaxial+Adapter&qid=1572911427&sr=8-2

Plug it in to the back of the CV and run a good coax cable to your TV and you should get a clear picture.

As I understand it, the SUP 'R' MOD does output an RF signal, but uses an RCA connector (which wouldn't normally be used in this case). In that case, you'd need an RCA to F connector adapter like this one and then use a regular coax cable to your tv or an antenna matching transformer if you only have the screw terminals for antennas.
