Probably the headset. i personally recommend the corsair void, logitech g533 wireless or steelseries arctis 7

SteelSeries Arctis 7 is pretty good quality headset (for a bit extra price) for what you are looking for. Pretty good microphone and sound quality, good surround sound, good volume controls on the headset itself. To me the cushions are a little stiff but still comfortable and I personally am still getting used to it after using the same headset for the past couple years (only had it for about a month).
One thing that I really like about it is that it is fully wireless, it comes with a little hub that is USB plugged in, but this hub also allows connection from your computers speakers. What this allows you to do is if the headset is off, then sound will come through your standard speakers, but once turned on, it will transfer sound and controls to the headset, and visa versa.
Another note is that it goes on sale from time to time, so perhaps wait and watch for this?
Edit: Also about this size, it should fit just fine, it is really meant for all shapes and sizes

I’ve done some research and I recommend these top headphones around your budget in my opinion. I’d say either buy Arctis 7 2019 Edition or wait till fall sales and you will get better deals for pro edition. Good luck. I’ll probably buy arctic 7 too, it goes for £135 atm.
