You don't want anything too big because depending on how often you treat a particular dog, you can make it a little chonk, lol.
Something that you can use that is small are the baggies that are marketed as "mix-in" for dog food. Like this.
Cheese and chicken but even higher? Stella and Chewy salmon topper. It's so bad, that if Cosmo so much as sees a red bag he FREAKS out barking and jumping. He doesn't get excited like that for anything but that.
