Nope - you need to create a new account - But they ship from Japan in about 4 days to the US - And the total cost with shipping is about $83 ( $69 for the system and $14 shipping right now with the current exchange rate) - So takes a few minutes to make an account (first change the site language from Japanese to English - which translates most of the pages - then use Google translate for any portions you need to read that are not translated) create the account - enter your shipping info etc. and order.
