Well, diet is infinitely more important: Green tea is good, fish like salmon everyday is fantastic (good source of protein and omega 3... don't take in conjunction with the green tea); Broccoli/Spinach are great (and also have anti-estrogenic effects to they might prevent moobs to a degree). Shoot for 1-5g of Omega 3 DHA+EPA a day (2-10 ounces of salmon, or 3-15 fish oil capsules) daily. Here's some stuff for omega 3. Although, fish>fish oil.

In terms of supplements, some that while not having a direct effect on weight loss are great for improving mood/energy/health:
