Wow you are a dynamo, I'm glad you're already so far into Briggs and getting benefits, that is awesome. I feel like a slacker, haha.

I'm gonna try the enemas with the same amount vit e and colostrum you mention and will add l-glutamine and also vsl-3 probiotic when I can afford.

I'm really going to be interested in the colostrum since I've never tried it before. Saw a good article which references the same study Briggs mentions regarding it's success with distal colitis:
