Wow you are a dynamo, I'm glad you're already so far into Briggs and getting benefits, that is awesome. I feel like a slacker, haha.
I'm gonna try the enemas with the same amount vit e and colostrum you mention and will add l-glutamine and also vsl-3 probiotic when I can afford.
I'm really going to be interested in the colostrum since I've never tried it before. Saw a good article which references the same study Briggs mentions regarding it's success with distal colitis:
https://www.clinicaleducation.org/resources/reviews/colostrum-meets-the-microbiome-a-tried-and-true-remedy-for-gut-health-takes-center-stage/
I'm looking on Amazon for the specific colostrum powder Briggs mentions, which I believe was called Symbiotics. For some reason I don't see a product link on his website. This is the one I'm considering:
Symbiotics Colostrum Plus Powder – 6.3 oz (new formula) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000F4J82W/
Is this similar to what you're using? I'm guessing that's why you said the enemas are so expensive.
