Check these out They aren't the highest quality sound, but they're pretty damn good for the price range. They've lasted me nearly two years before I lost them. They held up extremely well. Still looked new when I lost them.

Hey these get excellent reviews and are marked way down.

/u/DigitalDiatribes is definitely right that nothing compares to actually moving some air with a real speaker and high quality over-the-ears are your best bet, but I found a surprisingly good yet cheap pair of earbuds in these https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00K35MU0K/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1

They definitely have bass response like I've never gotten out of earbuds before. There's nothing like feeling the bass from an actual amp, but these things sound great and are nice and compact and don't make your ears all sweaty like over-the-ears can.

The only problem that I've found with them is that you can hear lots of movement noise through the cord if you're standing and moving around with them. My solution was to get a really long extension that I wear looped like a necklace so that the cord isn't swinging around.

I had a pair of AKG k240 mkII's that I absolutely loved for their flat response and clarity, as long as you give them a clean and powerful signal, but sadly, I tripped, yanked the cord out of them and ended up falling on top of them and killing them trying to keep from dropping my bass. Shit would've been youtube gold, lol.

I had these and absolutely love them. After I broke my first pair(user error, broke the jack while longboarding), I immediately ordered a replacement. I doubt there's an equivalent on the market for $25
