My friend has a mohawk and cosplays Tavros. You'll want to get two black wire headbands. They might have rhinestones or other sparkly bits on them; just snap those off. Weave two of them partially together so you have one long headband that's doubled up in the middle. Bend the ends straight outward. You should end up with something that looks sort of like an arrow-through-the-head, sans arrowy bits. The wire that's sticking out can then be inserted into your horns; this works especially well with foam-core horns, which are by far the best for Tavros. (You don't want heavy horns.) If you want the horns to be more stable, make a second headband and use them in parallel. If the horns press uncomfortably against your head, hot glue a small patch of felt to the base of each horn, covering the wire.
