yeah you don't want to wrap them around your phone, get a hard case for them. or at least a pouch. if you're gonna be using them a lot, a lot of the time the cable will have one of the leads inside break, they are very thin and fragile.
i personally recommend tennmak pro that's mostly because i like them (comes with hard case). they have a removable cord which could be something worth trying to replace when it breaks. replacement cable there are cheaper ones and there are likely ones that are better. but opinions. these are modeled after shure se215
