I took a piece of microphone foam and stuck it right where the mic it, I believ it reduced the breathing sound for me a bit.

I use my boompro with this and it helps somewhat with blocking other noises:

Also, make sure that the mic hole on the boompro is pointing towards your mouth.
Lapel mic's windscreens works well with covering a headset's microphone.
Something like this, but I'm not quite sure of the actual dimensions as I have not tested it out myself, I've only seen people do it.

And it's an improvement because it decreases the sharp sounds that come from saying words with the letters P and S.

I think the last one is the best one, but I'm not sure. I might need proper measurements of the microphone on the Arctis.
