Are you offering other food such as alfalfa or hay? Our babies show interest around 7 to 10 days.
Also make sure they have access to water, if you use bottles make sure its low enough for them to reach if you use a bowl get something shallow enough they can easily drink and escape if they dunk their face.
What type of bedding do you use? Could they be injesting it?

Most useful thing I have purchased makes bottle feeding so much easier. A small blender bottle will help mix formula to a smoother consistency which also helps. Don’t be afraid to go to an animal shelter or vet to ask for help they love baby animals and will definitely help you get started as well.
