I got mine from my chiropractor but I think this is the same one!

I bought this one a month ago and it’s incredible. Therapeutica Sleeping Pillow - Average https://www.amazon.com/dp/B015N45KDY It doesn’t look like it would be comfortable, but it holds everything in alignment while I sleep. There’s enough space that when I roll to my sides, my head stays in alignment on the slightly raised portions and keeps my shoulders from subluxating. By far the best pillow I’ve ever owned.

So my issues stem from my neck and keeping it from moving is key for me. While I do not get much sleep because of how much pain I'm in, the pillow I've found does help a little. Therapeutica Sleeping Pillow - Average https://www.amazon.com/dp/B015N45KDY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apap_Q98jYGu8ExKQ1

I would - it’s supposed to help re-introduce a proper curve in your neck.

The article recommends the following, and FWIW I use the same one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07MBJP7LJ
