I don't know of anyone who pays more than $60 for a single case fan.
I have used many different mass market fans for my builds and all of them basically work well enough - at the "high" end you have the various RGB options and Corsair's magnetic levitation stuff, and at the low end you'll have noisier fans that tend to move less air.
For most purposes I use Thermaltake Riing LED fans, for which I pay ~$8.50 USD each. They're decent static pressure fans - nothing spectacular, but nothing really lacking either. You can use them anywhere (intake, exhaust, radiator, etc.), and they look good compared to traditional LED fans that don't have a diffuser.
