My friend got one as well, it came and went until one day it became infected and I had to drain it. You might be allergic to a chemical in the deodorant you use. Try switching to a different brand. If it persists, this deodorant worked well for my friend. You do have to put it on at least twice a day, but it’s all natural.
Edit to add: friend hasn’t had this problem come up in the past 2 years he’s been using this product. If it still persists, I recommend going to a dermatologist.
Stick deodorant: consider Tom's long-lasting men's deodorant. I am pretty sure this is an antiperspirant as well. I love the brand and use one of their deodorants as well.
Toothpaste: perhaps Dr. Bronner's. they are all natural and a really reputable vegan brand.
