You can find them online or at any health food store. E.g. Tom's of Maine, Doterra.
I think the thing with fluoridated toothpaste is just NOT to swallow it (as the poison control label on the box states).

This is the one I use. You may not like it, my boyfriend says it's disgusting. But here goes, lol.

I also have a mirena IUD and have CC's, but I can't remember if I had them before or not - but pimples/acne on the chin is almost always hormonal. I started to use a toothpaste that is flouride-free and sls-free bc toothpaste with those products have been linked to CCs and have noticed a slight difference. I find that clay masks like the Aztec Clay Mask help in reducing/removing the CCs and hot compresses help as well.

This is the toothpaste I use now - https://www.amazon.com/Toms-Maine-Antiplaque-Fluoride-Free-Toothpaste/dp/B00JUJ1E0W/ref=sr_1_4_s_it?s=beauty&ie=UTF8&qid=1541111215&sr=1-4&keywords=fluoride+free+toothpaste
Have you cut out all fluoride products? Your skin sounds a lot like mine. I have PD around the mouth too and getting rid of fluoride products was huge. A few weeks ago I used a travel toothpaste with fluoride in it and my face was itching like crazy.
Tom's of Maine makes a good fluoride-free toothpaste, which has the seal of approval of my dentist: https://www.amazon.com/Toms-Maine-Antiplaque-Fluoride-Free-Toothpaste/dp/B00JUJ1E0W
I've used both Crest and Toms in the past. From what I've gathered from doing it a few times is that Crest is more effective (possibly due to the fluoride?) so I would go with that. For the toothbrush I imagine the softer the bristles the better as long as it still scrubs well.
