8 out of 15 chapters deal with the 8 different ways the 16 MBTI types deal with stress when our 1st and 4th functions get out of whack. INTJs and INFJs are chapter 11 and it is 22 pages so not that long. Each MBTI has their own chapter they share with a partner so ENFPs and ENTPs are chapter 13.

Sidenote I just noticed this right now. I have not read it but Susan Storm has a $2.99 book on amazon Tranquility By Type. I have no clue if its good or not and is worth the $2.99. I am just commenting that is interesting and Susan Storm is a good person to read on this matter but I can't evaluate this specific book.
