I saw a thread about this on XDA a while back. A lot of people recommended this which is the AB84. The AB85 has come out since and says it is made for the Galaxy Nexus. I don't have either but they both have good reviews. Hopefully you can get them in the UK

I used a TuneBelt when I had my S3 in an otterbox. Works really well for my N5 as well.
