I use this as a dedicated micro fridge for peptides, in the home. It comes with a cable that allows it to be used in a car. It will make some noise, but shouldn't be an issue if you put it in the rear passenger footwell, or trunk, and have music going. Could tape the vial to a corner inside it to keep it from moving around inside, also.
I have one close to this. Used it at work for a couple of years for drinks and then just brought it home last week and now it is my concentrate cooler
