I was taking Udo's 3-6-9 with DHA for awhile. I stopped taking it last week because it ran out and I haven't had time to get more. https://www.amazon.com/Choice-Blend-17-Ounce-Glass-Bottle/dp/B0010ED3CM
I haven't really noticed any difference since not taking it. If anything I might say I've felt slightly better since stopping it, which is why I've put off buying more, but the difference is slight enough that I can't say it isn't just placebo (or whatever the term for the reverse of placebo is, but you get what I'm saying).
