Other things I've tried are Align, this stuff, eating a bowl of kimchee every day, and one other brand that I can't recall the name of that had like 7 strains. I've never tried the ones you mentioned.
I found them helpful myself. Long time suffer of ibs-d. i have tried a few different ones, started with align but thought it costs to much. Then did one by UAS labs and that was good but had a hard time finding and also expensive but liked better than align.
I tried schiff brand with bad results. Could be the timing and not the product.
I have been using this product and i have been very happy with it and its cheap. I also can buy it locally at costco for even cheaper. I take 2 a day with dinner.

I take this one but I’m thinking of switching once this bottle is up. Idk yet. I also eat a lot of Greek yogurt and have a probiotic protein smoothie some mornings!
