Oscoo hub allows you to charge and plug your dongle in the second Usb-C port. I've used the Moshi one and its not terrible. Its about the same sound quality as the included Google one but like the fast charging still works on it.
I use this USB C hub. It has 2 USB ports, one for charging and the other you can connect your 3.5mm dongle into the other and it works.
