If you've got $12 to waste, I'd suggest giving UVEX stealth goggles a shot. They don't look great but the rubber seal does a good job of keeping your own breath from fogging them up and they're anti-fog coated. The nose ridge is also perfectly shaped to fit a mesh mask over to keep it from crushing your nose or forming an imperfect seal instead of having it under or below the goggles.
The rubber also does a good job of keeping forehead sweat out and the unilens construction means you have unobstructed peripheral vision. I keep a pair in my kit as a backup in case my Revision Bullet Ants with UPLCs have some catastrophic failure.

I bought these. They aren't MIL-DTL-43511D rated, but if I wasn't a lazy POS I'd think they'd get the job done.
I just wear my eyeglasses (polycarbonate lenses). They protected my eyes from a slide being propelled into them, so I guess they're OK.
I have these in my syllabus. They are fantastic, I can wear them for 8 hrs a day and I too am a warm/sweaty person, the only time they fog up is when they are on top of my head between classes. . https://www.amazon.com/Uvex-Stealth-Uvextreme-Anti-Fog-S3960C/dp/B0001YXFFM
